Holidays are over! The Pescarolo Team has been working hard for the last weeks in order to preserve its leadership in the LMS Championship.
The 6 Hours of Silverstone will be the 4th round of both Intercontinental Le Mans Cup and Le Mans Series. The technical advantage of the diesel cars will once again make them unbeatable but the fight for the LMS title between Pescarolo Team and the Lola Rebellion in the “gasoline” category should be a great show. The two OAK Pescarolo cars and the Lola Aston Martin could reveal themselves precious allies, provided they can sneak into the fight and steal precious points to Rebellion in the process.
Right after Imola, Pescarolo Team was back to work and went through various studies and tests in order to adapt the Pescarolo-Judd to the technical modifications recently established for safety reasons. The LMP1 n°16 will introduce some new features for the last rounds of the LMS Championship.
“Before Silverstone and Estoril, our goal is the same, winning for the third time the title for the very last edition of the Le Mans Series. Emmanuel Collard, Julien Jousse and Christophe Tinseau are eager to defend their dominant position in the current classification against the Rebellion Toyota, racing at home in Silverstone.”
The last round of the Championship, on the Estoril race track, will be also held on September 25th.
