KASEY KAHNE (No. 9 Budweiser Dodge Charger) 9th in final practice

"We seemed alright in our Budweiser Dodge today during practice. We fought a tight condition in the front end and was a little free off (the corner). We kept getting it better, but have some more work to do. I think we have a decent car, something that we can race with and be competitive. We probably have a top-10 car heading into the race tomorrow. It's not as good as our car last week in Pocono. That car was unbelievably fast to race. Our entire Budweiser Dodge team has done a good job to get our Michigan car ready. It's not a perfect car, but we're getting closer."

PATRICK CARPENTIER (No. 10 LifeLock Dodge Charger) 17th in final practice

"I think our LifeLock Dodge is going to be pretty good. The car feels a little bit tight, but we worked on it in the last practice session and I think we're in good shape heading into race day tomorrow. I think we're going to be good. It's too bad that we have to start last (rain shortened qualifying; positions set by owner points) because our LifeLock Dodge is faster than a 43rd starting spot.

"I'm still learning how to get around this place (MIS) in a stock car; to get a smooth trip around this track. There's a lot of room out there and we have some different lines we can run. I think our car is working really well both on the high and low lines. You have more room to pass here which will help get around all the cars we have in front of us to start the race. I'm happy with our car and think that we should be competitive tomorrow."

ELLIOTT SADLER (No. 19 McDonald's Big Mac Dodge Charger) 5th in final practice

"I think we're OK. We need to make some more changes before we start the race tomorrow. We had a top-five car in the last practice today and like how our car is working. I hate that we got rained on yesterday during qualifying that forced us to start in the back of the field. We have to do some different things to work our way up the field and get track position. I think we'll be in good shape."
