REED SORENSON (No. 43 McDonald's McCafe Dodge Charger)
YOUR DODGE CHARGER WAS REALLY FAST TODAY IN PRACTICE (No. 1 in first practice session/4th in second practice session)? "It was good. I still think that we're a little off to catch the leaders. We've got a nice top-10 car right now. Not getting to qualifying (rained out) hurt us just because we have to start 27th, so we'll have to use the first 50 laps to get up in the field and chase down as many cars as we can. I think if we could have started inside the top 10 or 15, it would have made for an easier day and we would have had a better pit stall. But, the rain killed us."
WHAT MAKES THIS CAR HERE AT NEW HAMPSHIRE SO GOOD THIS WEEKEND? "I usually run good at this track and hang around the top 10 most of the day. I really enjoy this track and our car had a little bit more work done on it for this race. It's definitely a better car and I really like this track."
IS PATIENCE A KEY FOR YOU TOMORROW KNOWING THAT YOU HAVE TO START 27TH? "Yeah. We feel like we have a good enough car to get a top-10 finish and run with the leaders if we can get up there. We don't need to do anything stupid to force our way to the front. Our car is fast. We just need to be patient the first 100 laps or so, make some good calls in the pits and hope to be there in end."
