AMBROSE HAS OWN CHASE TO TAKE CARE OF IN NEW HAMPSHIRE --
Marcos Ambrose will have a chase of his own to take care of this weekend in the Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire.
While the 12 drivers that will fight for the 2009 Chase for the Sprint Cup have now been set entering the final 10 races of the season, Ambrose will be pushing harder than ever for strong results entering the final phase of his first full season at the top level of NASCAR.
Driving the #47 Bush's Beans entry of JTG Daugherty Racing this weekend, Ambrose will be racing hard to try and build on his four top five and seven top 10 finishes so far this season.
Ambrose sits 17th in the 2009 Sprint Cup Series standings and is looking to battle it out in the points with those drivers who also missed out on a Chase spot last weekend in Richmond; Kyle Busch (four Sprint Cup race wins this season including Sharpie 500), Matt Kenseth (two Sprint Cup race wins this season including Daytona 500), Clint Bowyer (2007 Chase driver) and Michael Waltrip Racing stablemate David Reutimann (2009 Coca Cola 600 race winner).
LANCE INC ADDED TO MARCOS' 2010 SPRINT CUP SPONSOR ROSTER AT JTG DAUGHERTY RACING --
JTG Daugherty Racing recently confirmed yet another primary sponsor for Marcos Ambrose's assault on the 2010 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, with Lance Inc. signing a deal with the burgeoning operation.
The multi-year agreement will see the company's Lance Sandwich Crackers and Tom's Salty Snacks brands appear on Ambrose's #47 Sprint Cup entry.
The news follows last month's announcement that Kimberly-Clark will back Ambrose and JTG Daughterty Racing from next season with its world-famous Kleenex brand.

"I am so thankful to our long-term partners like Kingsford, Clorox and Bush's Baked Beans," said Ambrose.
"I am equally excited about new partners like Lance and Kleenex joining our family for 2010.
"JTG/Daugherty is growing and I'm honored that so many great American Brands are taking notice of our efforts."
WHAT MARCOS HAS TO SAY --
On New Hampshire this weekend --
"We ran in the top 15 in the first race at New Hampshire and ended up with a top-25 finish," said Ambrose.
"I really like smaller tracks like Loudon and Martinsville because they really reward good driving. You have to be very precise around those kinds of tracks.
"What I really like this season is the fact we've dragged ourselves from the bottom half of the field to the front half of the field.
"If we have a bad day, we are finishing in the low 20s and when we have a good day, we are running well inside the top 10. I'd like to think the worse case scenario is we can finish in the front half of the field. If we can get our act together and make some good choices, we know we can contend for the win.
"I'm now comfortable at every single track. I think we've struggled a little on the 1.5-mile program as of late. It's an area where we really need to work on and understand. I feel good in the car. Any week we can do it.
"It's just a very hard sport and I'm racing against the very best in the world. It's a very small difference in car speed that makes a huge difference in the outcome of the race. I was only looking for a tenth-of-a-second at Atlanta and I would have finished well inside the top 10.
"It's an interesting game we are racing in and it's very addictive, I must say. You get so close to a victory -- you can smell and you can feel it. Yet it feels like it's a million miles away. It's exciting because I feel like we are on the verge of getting our first win."
On returning to the Bush's Beans paint scheme for 'tailgate season' --
"I love sports and it's a great time of the year to tailgate," said Ambrose.
"There are a few things Australians love and that's sports, the beach and barbequing. My favourite team right now is the Atlanta Braves. I'm really hooked on them. Peter Moylan, Kris Medlen and Tommy Hanson came out to Atlanta Motor Speedway and hung out with us after their game. It's really fun to grill out and watch their games.
"My favourite things to grill are hamburgers and sausages with a side of Bush's Honey Baked Beans. So, when you hear the saying, 'slip a shrimp on the barbie', we actually say it differently in Australia. We 'slip prawns on the barbie.'"
