The Kodak Film Monte Carlo struggled with the 2.5 mile track in the Pocono mountains. Mike Skinner and the Morgan-McClure Motorsports team could not reach a completive level for the entire race weekend.

Taking the third provisional of the 2002 NASCAR Winston Cup season to begin the Pennsylvania 500, Skinner battled with a tight race car. On lap 103 the No. 4 Chevrolet ran out of fuel and brought out a caution flag on lap 105.

Following two disappointing race finishes, Morgan-McClure Motorsports heads into Indianapolis Motor Speedway in hopes of gaining momentum again in the Brickyard 400. The team had one of the fastest times in a test session several weeks ago.

Larry McClure quotes
"We are trying to gain our momentum again. We had several strong races and then a couple of poor finishes. The team will continue its efforts to move forward and produce the results it is capable of. We had a successful test session in Indy and plan on building even more on the data we gained there."
