Keselowski crashes after cut right front tire.
KANSAS CITY, Kan. – And the hits just kept on coming for the Chaser at Kansas Speedway.
On Lap 160 Brad Keselowski careened up into the Turn 2 wall.
“Blew a right front,” Keselowski said. “Toe is not great, but it’s not awful.”
Keselowski started sixth and led two circuits – Laps 48 and 49.
Keselowski had just passed McMurray for fifth-place at the time of the wreck. The team assessed the damage on pit road and elected to tak the No. 2 Miller Ford to the garage.
The Team Penske racer was scored in 37th at the time of the wreck.
