Bobby Hamilton Jr. will move to the back of the pack for the start of Saturday's Busch Series race at Talladega. Hamilton had qualified with the fifth fastest time but will have to relinquish that spot after NASCAR officials found an illegal part on the car.

It turns out Team Rensi had a set of 2001 shock absorbers which are not legal this season.

Hamilton Jr and the No. 25 team will now start 36th with a provisional.
