Ragan on racing at Auto Club Speedway:
"We had a good run in Daytona and I'm looking forward to getting out to California. It's been a good track for me in the past, and is a place where the Roush cars always seem to run well at and be competitive. It's a wide track with lots of opportunities to pass if you've got a good handling race car. I've got a lot of confidence in Donnie and my team, and I think we'll be really competitive this weekend."
Crew chief Donnie Wingo on racing at Auto Club Speedway:
"We had a really good car in Daytona and just didn't get the finish we deserved, but that's just how restrictor plate racing goes. This weekend in California tires are going to be an issue. The track is getting to be like the old Darlington surface in that the tires lose grip pretty fast throughout the runs. California is a good place to race the top, bottom and middle, but is a challenge to get your car to run good for the whole time."
