Elliott Sadler on Chicagoland Speedway: "We've got a big week planned and I'm excited about it. On behalf of Stanley, we're going to head to the Chicago area a couple of days early and we've got the opportunity to visit the kids at Chicago's Children's Memorial Hospital. Stanley partners with ACE and Children's Miracle Network to put together the Racing for a Miracle program and I'm glad to be a part of it. I've always enjoyed spending time with kids and now that I'm a father myself, I think this visit will be even more special. These kids deserve to have a little bit of fun and I'm going to do my best to make sure that I put a smile on each one of their faces. We've even got a couple of young kids that will be able to spend some time at the track with us this weekend and we're going to make sure to show them a really good time.
"I feel so blessed to work with sponsors like Stanley who are so involved in helping others. I'm so happy to have the opportunity to go out and do things like this. It's one of the really special perks of doing the job I love to do anyway."
Elliott Sadler on the Addition of Todd Parrott: "I've known Todd for a long time. When the opportunity arose for us to bring him over to our team, we just couldn't let it slip by. Todd and I have won races together, so I think this is a good chance for us to continue building on some things as well as try some new things and get our Stanley team moving even farther in the right direction."
Chassis History: The No. 19 Stanley team has prepared chassis No. 282 for this weekend's event. This Ford Fusion was previously run in this season's event at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
Notes: In support of Stanley's partnership with ACE and Children's Miracle Network and their Racing for a Miracle program, Elliott Sadler and teammate Kasey Kahne will be making a visit to Chicago's Children's Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, July 7th. Both drivers will be taking a tour of the facility and visiting with kids. The No. 19 Stanley pit crew will be on hand as well to do pit stop demonstrations in nearby Julia Porter Park.
Fifty CMN "champion children" will be honored and will have their names on the No. 19 Stanley Ford for the race in Joliet, Ill. Four CMN children and their families will be VIP guests of Stanley and Sadler during the race weekend.
Stanley has made a $100,000 donation to Children's Miracle Network and will donate an additional $1 million if Sadler wins the race at Chicagoland Speedway.
