Notes: This is the only track at which NASCAR Nextel Cup and Busch Series teams will run this exact combination of left- and right-side tires in 2006 . . . these tire codes have been run at other tracks this season, however . . . this left-side code (D-4008) has been run at California, Texas, Kentucky (Busch Series only) and Homestead, while this right-side code (D-4062) has been run at Dover and Michigan . . . as on all NASCAR ovals greater than one mile in length, teams are required to run liners in all four tire positions at Kansas . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.
