Dale Jr. Quotes "If you would have asked me last year if I was looking forward to going back to Pocono, I would have looked at you like you were crazy. We really struggled on tracks that were relatively flat like this one, and there were a lot of smashed race cars after we were done. But, after the race we had there in June, I am really looking forward to getting back on the track. It's a hard track to learn for a team and especially for a driver, but we had a car that was capable of a top-five finish in the last race. If we wouldn't have run short on fuel, I think we would have been right up there near the front at the end of the race."

In the race at Pocono only a few weeks back, Dale Jr. and the Budweiser team led 11 laps and ran among the top-10 until a poorly-timed pit stop for fuel dropped them one lap behind the leaders, and lead to a 20th- place finish.
