BRISTOL IS ONE OF THOSE RACES WHERE YOU EITHER LOVE IT OR HATE IT. DO YOU LIKE BRISTOL?

"I love the place. It's like racing on a half-mile rollercoaster. Our straightaway times are just 4.5-seconds ... just enough time to catch your breath. You really don't have time to read gauges or get settled in but one thing is for sure, you have to get on top of the wheel and drive. That's what makes it fun."

"Bristol is one track where handling is crucial because you can't afford to just ride around. If that's a case, you are in for a miserable time."

"I've won two night races in a row in the Busch series and I hope to improve my record with the Cup event with my new advertiser, The National Guard. We keep telling them to come here to watch a race because this place is awesome."

THE TEAM HAS BEEN STRUCK WITH SOME MISFORTUNE ESPECIALLY AT DARLINGTON. WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR TODD GOING INTO A PLACE LIKE BRISTOL?

"I'd like to see us shoot for a top 5 but anything can happen. We had a good car at Darlington and we ran over debris. It sent us slamming into the wall. We were done early due to no fault of our own. At this point, we need to finish the race. So many things can happen to you and Bristol is certainly no exception."

"Regardless of track position, if you are on the lead lap or the leader for that matter, you are still mixing things up with lapped cars. So anything can happen in front of you. Todd's got to be on top of his game and I'm glad he was able to turn our misfortune on Sunday into a win today in his Busch car. He knows he can drive, we know he can drive and this will certainly be a boost for him going into a place like Bristol."

HOW IMPORTANT IS QUALIFYING WITH BRISTOL'S INTERESTING PIT ROAD?

"Very important. NASCAR has done a great job in getting the pace car to even things out with the front and back stretch pits. However, I still think you have an advantage pitting on the front stretch. Like every week though, I want a top 10 starting spot. That's what we are shooting for."
