HAMPTON, Ga. (July 7, 2010) -- Now that the Fourth of July is gone, the march to Labor Day weekend is in full force at Atlanta Motor Speedway and the track wants you to be a part of the biggest Labor Day celebration in the USA.
NASCAR night racing returns to Atlanta Motor Speedway on Labor Day weekend for the biggest party in the country and tickets for the Sunday, Sept. 5 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series night race start at just $39.
The three-day celebration will be brimming with full-throttle racing, rock stars, fireworks and unbelievable fun with friends and family. Making the weekend even more unbelievable, fans can attend all three days of racing for just $64.
The action starts on Friday, Sept. 3 with 150 laps of beating and banging on Atlanta's quarter-mile "Thunder Ring" as the Southern Superstars Short Track Series battles under the lights. Friday will also include a NASCAR Sprint Cup Series question-and-answer session and admission is free for fans holding tickets to Saturday or Sunday's NASCAR races or $10 without a NASCAR ticket.
The Great Clips 300 NASCAR Nationwide Series race hits the high banks at night on Saturday, Sept. 4. General admission tickets for the event start at just $25, but fans have less than one month to take advantage of a built-in $5 savings before the price increases to $30 on Aug. 6. Saturday's action also includes NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and NASCAR Nationwide Series qualifying, prior to the running of the Great Clips 300.
And the party climaxes on Sunday, Sept. 5 when sparks fly as the stars of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series battle for 500-thrilling miles at night at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Sunday's action includes a pre-race concert by rock legends Foreigner and fans can purchase exclusive access on Atlanta Motor Speedway's frontstretch for the concert and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver introductions for just $49.
