* Jamie McMurray has 11 career Cup starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway. In 11 starts, McMurray averages a 19.5 finishing position, and has three top-10 finishes at 1.5-mile track.
* McMurray's first Nationwide win came at Atlanta Motor Speedway, just two weeks after McMurray scored his first Cup win at Lowe's Motor Speedway.

* This weekend will be the first weekend McMurray and the No. 26 team will don the IRWIN blue and yellow colors in 2008. This is the first of 11 races that IRWIN Industrial Tools will be the primary on the No. 26 Ford Fusion.
McMurray on racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway: "The last couple of weeks have been a little tough for the No. 26 team. We've had really good cars, just haven't had the best of luck. Last weekend in Vegas, I moved to avoid getting into the back of another car, and we ended up spinning down the frontstretch and knocking a header off the engine. That was just our luck last week.
"I'm really looking forward to Atlanta this weekend. We had a COT test last year following the fall race, and I thought we were pretty good. Now, with all the testing we have done since then, I really feel like we will have a competitive car for the upcoming race. Atlanta is one of the fastest tracks that we run at, and actually, I think turn one is the fastest turn we run at all season.
"For me, it's always fun to return to Atlanta since I won my first Nationwide race there right after my win at Charlotte. And this is my first weekend back in the IRWIN Industrial Tools paint scheme. It's been a long time since we ran that car, and I'm really looking forward to getting back in there this weekend."
Crew Chief Larry Carter on racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway: "Atlanta has always been a fun track to race. It's exciting because the cars carry so much speed into the turns that having a good handling racecar is very important. Atlanta is one of the few tracks we were able to test last year in the new COT car. Although we have come a long way with the engineering behind the COT since the test last year, it's still very beneficial that we have that test under our belt. Hopefully, we'll be able to turn our luck around this weekend in Atlanta and have a good race for IRWIN Industrial Tools and all the guys on the No. 26 team."
