Ken Schrader: "In the list of people who wanted last weekend's race to restart, my name was right there at the top. The M&M's Pontiac was really good and at times we were running laps quicker than the leader. But with the rain we just ran out of time. We still finished 16th, which is a ton better than where we started (34th) but had the rain stayed away we would have been even better.

"I've struggled qualifying at Atlanta in the past, but I usually end up running decent. I've got a win there, but the track is so much different now. They should be asking us how many starts we have at the 'new' Atlanta Motor Speedway. In that case, I'd have four instead of 31. Atlanta is definitely one track where you run flat out all the way around. You've got to be heads up all the time because if you're not, you'll end up in the wall."
