JEFF GREEN, NO. 66 HAAS AUTOMATION/BEST BUY CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO SS - FINISHED SECOND:

"We had a good car; we just got too tight there at the end. I think my biggest problem was on the restarts I had to start on the outside of those guys a couple times on the restarts. We have double file, something we don't do other than here. I had to fight those guys on the outside and pass them a two or three times so that made me wear my tires harder. I was better than Scott (Riggs) the first four or five laps of the last segment but I started getting tight and he got away from me a little bit and then we had to hold off the No. 25 (Brian Vickers). I think we learned a lot for next weekend. The car we are bringing back is even better than this one. I am excited about the 600, I think we have a good shot at running good.

"The first couple of laps after the rain, the track was a little bit slick but then it was awesome. Once we got those few laps in, got our tires hot and the track a little rubbered in, it came right back to where it was. It is going to make for a great race. The tires are a little harder and we have to adjust for that, but the race is still going to be good tonight as ever."

BRIAN VICKERS, NO. 25 GMAC CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO SS - FINISHED THIRD

We had a really good car, it just took too long to come in. The GMAC Chevy was really loose at the beginning; it was still loose at the end but it was just starting to come around. We had a lot of speed - we had the fastest car, we just ran out of time. It's tough with a 30-lap race.

We definitely learned something, that's for sure. Like I said, we had the best car on the track there at the end. I'm curious to see what our times are there at the end of the race compared to these guys in the Challenge are going to be running when they get going. That will really give us an indication of where we'll be for next weekend.
