EMCO & NOEL DOWLER SET TO RETURN IN 2012
Sherwood Park, Alberta’s Noel Dowler, driver of the#5 EMCO Dodge and EMCO Corporation have reached a multiyear partnership agreement that will see Dowler competing in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series in 2012 and beyond. Following a successful rookie season in 2011 Dowler looks forward to taking the next step in his career this coming season as he competes in the entire NCATS season in a DJK Racing prepared car.
With the progress the #5 EMCO Dodge team and Noel Dowler made during their rookie season there is plenty of reason to be excited about the future. “I‘m really pleased to have this partnership with EMCO” said Dowler. “We came together last year and planned on competing in only a select number of events. When we found ourselves in the hunt for rookie of the year we added the final few races to the schedule and it’s been building from there. The confidence EMCO have shown in our group with this commitment is a huge boost for our team” he stated.

We look forward to 2012 and will be in the winner's circle when Noel gets win # 1.” Noel Dowler’s racing season will begin in a few short weeks as the team is traveling to compete during Speedweeks at New Smyrna Speedway in Florida. “We have a car that DJ Kennington has been preparing for us to race” said Dowler. “It’s a great opportunity to get some more experience against some good competition before the NCATS season begins” he added.
The 2012 NASCAR Canadian Tire Series begins May 20th at Mosport International Raceway and features 12 events from coast to coast including races during the Edmonton Indy weekend and the NASCAR Nationwide event in Montreal.
