BOWMANVILLE, ON - Former Castrol Super Series champion Mark Dilley won his first race in almost a decade on Saturday night, in the National Fast Freight delivers the Exide Batteries 250' at Mosport Speedway. The Barrie, ON resident qualified fourth in the field of 32 starters, and after taking the lead on lap of 176 of the 250 lap chase, held off a furious late race challenge by Castrol Intrepid driver DJ Kennington, to put his NTN Taurus in victory lane.

Third place went to Barrie, ON racer Al Turner, in his Blue Streak Intrepid. Following three of 12 Castrol Super Series races, several dominant drivers are starting to appear. The trio of Dilley, Kennington and Turner also finished on the podium in the series' previous race - in the reverse finishing order - at Peterborough Speedway.

Kerry Micks, the leader in the chase for the Castrol Cup entering the race, finished seventh. Eleven drivers were on the lead lap at the end of the 'Nationall Fast Freight delivers the Exide Batteries 250'.
