Karel Abraham wants to make up for the last race
Karel Abraham heads to Mugello for the Grand Prix of Italy and wants to make up for the Grand Prix of Netherlands in which he crashed out of the race when he was fighting with Hiroshi Aoyama.
With the length 5 245 m, the Mugello Circuit includes both fast and slow sections and is very demanding for the rider’s body, especially during the hard braking at the end of the main straight measuring 1 141 m where the riders are reaching top speed up to 350 km/h.
"I quite like the Mugello Circuit," said Karel Abraham, who completed his first test on board Ducati Desmosedici GP10 at the circuit in the beautiful countryside of Tuscany.
With the 33 points, Karel Abraham is now in thiteenth position in the overall standings.
"I would like to make up for the last race during the upcoming Grand Prix," continued the Czech motorcycle rider.
Compared to the previous Grand Prix the weather forecast reports favorable conditions and temperatures reaching up to 40°C.
"After extremely cold and wet conditions we expect extremely hot and dry conditions which is not very good. I don’t like so much changing conditions, but I can’t do anything with that," added.
