Luthi fighting with problems

The Motorcycle Grand Prix of Germany was not a very pleasant event so far for Tom Luthi and the Interwetten Moriwaki Moto2 Team. After a 15th place in the first free practice and a 23rd place in the second free practice, Luthi finished the qualifying on 21st position today. After three podiums in a row at the last three races, the German event did not go very well for the young Swiss and the Problem of the bike has neither been found yet, nor solved. For the race the 23 years old Youngster hopes there will be a solution for the existing problems and he will be able to take home some important championship points.

Tom Luthi, 21 -- 1'26.492:

"The whole weekend is not going right. We had two very difficult days and also the qualifying did go in the same wrong direction. We changed a lot of settings on the bike, but nothing really helped so far. Some settings we found very late and we are just a step behind everybody else. The first two corners are very important in the race tomorrow and if I can get around well I will try to make up some positions."

Terrell Thien, Team Manager:

"We really tried everything, but we could not improve. We hope we will find a solution and Tom can finish Top 10 or 15. Under these conditions this would be a realistic target."
