DE PUNIET BACK TO EUROPE FOR THE FRENCH GRAND PRIX

The MotoGP World Championship returns to Europe for the Grand Prix of France as the season enters its busiest phase with five races coming up over the next seven weeks. The LCR Honda MotoGP rider Randy De Puniet is determined to get a good results here ahead thousands of French fans at Le Mans historic track.

After the frustrating performance at Shanghai circuit, the Frenchman aboard the Michelin-shod Honda RC212V aims to improve his performance at his national track finding a correct package for the most "stop-and-go" track of the calendar.

De Puniet: "It's an amazing feeling to race here in France. I know this track perfectly and in the past I got many successes in 250cc class. Last year I started with a good pace during the practices but I suffered a crash in the race. But this year I have a different bike, different tyres and a different Team so I feel confident to finish this race in a good position. Honestly I do not want to fix a target for this week end; I just want to do my best together with my crew. What troubles me is the weather!".
