Assen Holland, June 28. Roberto Rolfo regained second place in the provisional 250cc World Championship after finishing sixth in the Dutch GP today. The problems, which held Rolfo back to day, were not technical.

The Fortuna Honda rider got away from the start but he had problems with the visor of his misting up and the Italian could not see clearly. This clearly limited Rolfo’s race performance. But at the end of the race he took a result of positive value as it returned him to second place in the championship standings.

"That was not an easy race, I made a good start but right from the beginning I had problems with my visor misting up and that made me extremely cautious. " Explained Roberto Rolfo. "The team and the bike have worked well but in the weather conditions we had to suffer today in Assen it was really complicated to fight with the front runners and not make any mistakes."

"The important thing is that my sixth place, and the results of my rivals, allowed me to regain second place in the championship. That’s why it was important to leave Holland rekindled. Now I would like to continue the progression in England, and Honda to continue to give us the same level of support as now to find the maximum competitiveness."
