London's West End was the location for the LCR Honda MotoGP team launch, with teammates Cal Crutchlow and Jack Miller joining with team owner Lucio Cecchinello to unveil their  machines in the new 2015 colours.

This is the beginning of a new chapter for the team and I will do my best to reward all the people involved.

Celebrating its 10th season in the MotoGP class this year, the team will field Briton Crutchlow on the Factory-spec RCV213V, while class rookie Miller will make his debut aboard the Open-spec RC213V-RS.

The pairing were clearly both eager to get the season started on 26th March in Qatar.

Speaking at the launch, Crutchlow was very happy with his new team and eager to get his 2015 campaign underway.

He said: "I made the decision to move to the LCR Honda team when I sat down with Lucio and Anthony [Constantinou, CWM CEO] and I saw the passion that everybody involved had.

"I knew I wanted to get back to the ways of challenging for the podium on a regular basis, fighting to be the best satellite rider and then beating the factory guys as and when we can.

"So the passion and drive from the two companies of CWM and LCR will hopefully bring me back to the front. I had a good end to 2014, and I am confident that form will continue into 2015."

Miller is ecstatic with the chance to race in MotoGP and is really enjoying getting to grips with the RCV following the astronomical leap from Moto3 machinery.

Speaking at the launch he said: "It's been great since I came into the LCR Honda team, from the very first test in Valencia and then through the winter period we have been working closely together and it's all been so positive, we seem to be hitting it off pretty well so far anyway!

"The Honda is an animal, that's for sure, but I'm enjoying it more every time I ride it; anyone who watched me in Moto3 will know I love to throw a wheelie, and I love them even more with this bike! I just can't wait for the season to get started."

Team boss looking forward to 2015 challenge

Team Principal Cecchinello is looking forward to the challenge 2015 will bring saying: "This is a special moment in my career; to be working side by side with Honda HRC, working with Cal who is a competitive rider and a proven front-runner, and working with Jack who is clearly very talented and represents the future.

"We have the support of an important company in CWM FX, alongside many of our long-term sponsors, and combined this makes a fantastic challenge for me.

"This is the beginning of a new chapter for the team and I will do my best to reward all the people involved in this project with results."

Constantinou, CEO of title sponsor CWM World, was also very upbeat in his comments on the upcoming year and said: "Our partnership with LCR Honda has gone from strength to strength and we are delighted to enter the 2015 season as Title Sponsors of the new, bigger and stronger CWM LCR Honda team.

"With two new machines, two new awesome riders, and the continued dedication of the team headed up by Lucio Cecchinello, we believe this will be a very exciting season and we can't wait for it to get underway."
