The LCR Honda MotoGP Team Randy de Puniet hits Shanghai this week for the Pramac Grand Prix of China. The 5.281 km circuit hosts the fourth round of the championship after last race in Portugal which saw Lorenzo on the top of the podium whilst Randy finished in 15th position after a superb race till the second-last lap.

The Frenchman aboard the Michelin-shod Honda RC212V is determined to improve his last performance at the Portuguese track aiming to end the over sea round in the top-ten. After a successful test at Estoril two weeks ago, De Puniet will focus his work mainly on bike setting and tyres testing to get a better position on Saturday's qualifying session.

De Puniet: "I do not like this track very much because it's more suited to F1 races. The straight is very long and we will struggle a bit with the top speed but, after the positive test in Portugal, I feel confident for this race. After the last two races I need to get a good result for me and the Team and the evolution with tyres and suspensions we tested in Estoril after the GP, increased my feeling on the bike. Last year my pace on this track was fast and I finished in 8th position so I think we have the chance to repeat that result thank to Honda and Michelin support".
