German rider moves from Honda machinery to Yamaha
Stefan Bradl and the NGM Forward Racing team have joined together for the 2015 MotoGP season with the announcement being made in the run up to round 10 of this year's championship that takes place this weekend at the Red Bull Indianapolis Grand Prix.
Bradl has been on Honda machinery since entering the premier class with the LCR Honda outfit that earlier in the week revealed that Cal Crutchlow would campaign the 2015 season on their machine. The German rider has not had the season that most would have expected this year with multiple crashes hampering his championship hopes.
NGM Forward Racing released a short statement on the new signing and team boss Giovanni Cuzari said he was very happy with the signing of Bradl. He commented, “It’s with great pleasure that we welcome Stefan Bradl to our team. We believe that Stefan is a strong rider, that our package will suit his riding style very well and we look forward to start this new cooperation. Moreover, Germany represents an important market and it’s important to have a strong German rider in our line up.”
