Friday, August 31, Oswego Speedway's Classic weekend officially begins with Open Practice for all divisions starting at 1:00pm After practice ends, there is non-stop excitement for fans and competitors all weekend until well after the checkered falls on the 45th annual Budweiser International Classic 200. The East Albany Street racing facility swings opens the gates at 1 pm Friday as stated with open practice running until 5 pm. Then everyone is invited to join the FREE Pitside Party from 6 - 11 pm. On Saturday, Sept. 1 the first of two full days of racing begins at 11 am for the fans when the grandstands open. Hot laps for the midgets, super stocks, limited supers and ISMA supers begin at 11 pm and run until 1:30 pm. After qualifying the 3rd annual Super Stock Classic Challenge 30, 10th annual Price Shopper Limited Nationals 50, 5th annual Bud Light Winged Midget Championship 25 and the ISMA Supernationals complete the day's race program. Supermodified heats follow the time trials to bring the starting number up to 33. The winner of the one last chance race, the Bud Light B Main, will be added to make the 34-car field complete.

The 45th annual Budweiser International Classic follows the qualifying with 200 laps of pure excitement. Greg Furlong will be going for a historic third straight Classic - a feat unmatched in 44 years. You won't want to miss the drama of this day!
