3rd and final driver confirmed for 24 hours of Le Mans

We are happy to announce that Peter Kox from the Netherlands (Holland) will join Tomas Enge and Christoffer Nygaard as co-pilot of the Young Driver AMR DBR9 racing in this years edition of the magnificent 24 hours of Le Mans.

Peter is a driver legend in his native country and brings experience, a winning mentality and a touch of old school racing style to this exciting line-up of mixed nationalities. Throughout his career Peter has combined his racing skills with his knowledge for engineering and hence he has always been an important part of a technical team as well as a successful podium finisher.

Since winning 5 straight go-kart championship from '78 to '82, he has moved between single-seaters, touring cars and the GT classes with success and ease, including stints as part of the developing team behind the amazing McLaren F1 of the 90'ies. During this millennium he has concentrated on GT cars with a win at Le Mans in 2003 as the crowning achievement so far.

Both the team and his co-drivers are excited by his inclusion in the line-up and anything less than a podium finish will be a major disappointment.
