Guillaume Moreau, Courage official driver in the Le Mans Series and the Le Mans 24 Hours
Guillaume Moreau will take part in two major international series this year: he will drive a KTR-entered World Series 3.5 car, and also joined the Courage Competition line-up, to make his endurance racing debuts in the Le Mans Series and the Le Mans 24 Hours. Guillaume and former F1 driver Jean-Marc Gounon will drive the traditional number 13 entry of the 25 year-old Le Mans-based manufacturer.
The young French man, a Formula 3 race winner, tested the AER powered-LC70 LMP1 during the final pre-season test sessions at Le Castellet's High Tech Test Track. He could drive the car for more than three hours, for the first time on slicks and also experienced night stints.
The Sports Car and FR3.5 rookie is going to have a busy week-end on April 14th and 15th. The inaugural rounds of the Le Mans Series and World Series by Renault will take place in the same "Autodromo di Monza" event.
