The No. 7 Audi turned with 3.51.401, the fastest time of the 45 minute session. The three Audis completed 32 laps, which was double the number of laps driven by the Peugeots, which was an important key to Audi's fastest time.

The No. 1 and 2 Peugeots followed in second and third spot, while Audi's No. 8 and 9 cars followed in fourth and fifth position. The Peugeot No. 3 car, which will start today from pole position, set the sixth time.

Highcroft Racing set the fastest time on the LMP2 class with a 12 second gap on the second placed No. 25 RML Lola, while the No. 70 Ford GT and the No. 82 AF Corse SLR were the fastest in GT1 and GT2.

Even though the track was very slippery, other than a couple of spins the warm-up took place without any big drama.
