WKA announces changes for the Road Racing 2010 season

11.16.2009 - Following their November 13-14, 2009, meeting, the WKA Board of Trustees voted and passed the following rule changes for the 2010 WKA / Dunlop Tire National Road Racing Series driven by Mazda effective at the December 28-30, 2009, Daytona event.

Spec Fuel will revert back to the 2009 format, requiring only 2-cycle Sprint classes to observe the spec fuel and oil program with the exception of 125 shifters and open sprint.

The "Controlled classes" will also revert back to their 2009 format with 100cc Controlled and Formula 100 running on Saturday and 100cc Controlled Spec and Controlled Limited running on Sunday. All weights will remain the same as stated in 2009 also.
