Morad, Wickens, Carvalho and Holtom take wins in round four

HAMILTON, ONTARIO The fourth round of the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship presented by Toronto Star Wheels was held at Cameron Motorsports Park in Hamilton, Ontario. Leading off the day was the titanic battle between Cameron Motorsport CRG driver Robert Wickens and firstkart.com's Daniel Morad. Morad took the convincing win, and regained the championship lead. Wickens also won the RotaxMax Sr. race, while CMP's Paul Carvahlo won World Formula Senior, and Gold's Justin Holtom won Canada Junior Heavy

Formula Senior
Firstkart.com's Daniel Morad took the Pfaff Fast Qualifier award for round 4. At the start, Cameron CRG driver Robert Wickens took the early lead, but was passed in turn 3 by Morad. Morad then stretched his lead over the entire distance, and cruised home for the win. Behind him Wickens had his hands full with Frank Launi, who was drafted into the Cameron Motorsports CRG team for this event. Launi made a textbook pass on Wickens to steal second. Wickens came home third. Birel's Curtis Fox enjoyed his best race of the year finishing fourth.

World Formula Senior
