Greg Moore has now won the first four races of the series, surpassing fellow Canadian Paul Tracy who won the first three events of the 1990 Indy Lights seasons. That year, Tracy ran away with the championship, winning nine of fourteen events and seven pole positions driving for Landford Racing.
Moore, who started fifth, took the lead on a restart following a 17-lap caution period after an accident between Dorricott, Hotchkis, and Firestone on lap 14.
Robbie Buhl, who is a distant second in points to Moore in the series, finished third after starting from the back of the gird. Buhl had won the pole, but was sent to the rear when officials discovered that his car was one pound overweight. Randy Bohnlein firstname.lastname@example.org
