Jason Priestley, driver of the No. 7 HomeMed Pharmacy Dallara/Infiniti/Firestone, is stable and responding after an accident August 11 in an Infiniti Pro Series practice session at Kentucky Speedway, said Dr. Henry Bock, medical services director of the Indy Racing League.

Priestley was transported by air to the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, Ky, where he is undergoing further tests. He is listed in serious condition.

Updates will be released by the Indy Racing League when available.
