Rahal, Power among those penalized after Fontana

Four drivers and three teams have been penalized after last weekend's MAVTV 500.

Among those penalized for infractions during the MAVTV 500 including Graham Rahal, Will Power, Tristan Vautier, and Juan Pablo Montoya.

Graham Rahal - Fuel hose issue

The race winner was fined $10,000 (with $5,000 suspended) for leaving his pit stall with the fuel hose still attached to the car, busting the end of the fuel probe as he drove off. RLL fuel man Phil Davi was also placed on probation for three races. He can be seen disconnecting the fuel hose before reattaching seconds before Rahal took over.

Will Power - Pushing safety worker

Power was heated after crashing out of the MAVTV 500, criticizing the racing and pushing a safety worker upon exiting the car. He later apologized for putting his hands on the member of the medical team, but was still fined $25,000 and placed on probation for the remainder of the 2015 season.

Tristan Vautier - Hitting pit crew member

For the third time this year, a member (or members) of the Dale Coyne Racing team have been struck by one of their drivers. Vautier was fined $10,000 and also placed on probation for the rest of the racing year after striking left-front DCR tire changer Owen Trower.

Juan Pablo Montoya - Running over equipment

Montoya was issued a $1,500 fine after he ran over his air hose during a pit stop.

Team penalties

Schmidt Peterson Motorsports, Andretti Autosport and CFH Racing all earned themselves $500 fines for unattended wheel nuts during pit stops. CFHR was fined another $500 for an unattended tire.
