DREYER & REINBOLD RACING QUALIFIES THE #22 Z-LINE DESIGNS CAR 3RD FOR THE TOYOTA GRAND PRIX OF LONG BEACH

Long Beach, CA (April 17, 2010)- Today was an exciting day for Dreyer & Reinbold Racing, who will be making their second appearance at the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach tomorrow. This year will mark DRR's best qualifying position at the famed circuit as driver Justin Wilson earned the team a second row starting position for the race.

Experience has paid off for the Sheffield, England native. This will be Wilson's 7th time to compete at the 1.968-mile circuit. The veteran has had a lot of success at the track and he is prepared to be one of the one's to beat this weekend as he qualified 3rd for the event. In 2008, the Englishman started on the pole for the final Champ Car race. He has competed in the Long Beach Champ Car races from 2004-2008. His best finish was second in 2006 with fourth place finishes in 2005 and 2007. Last year he started fifth for the race.

Wilson has consistently topped the speed charts all weekend long and helped to put on another nail-biting qualifying performance for the fourth round of the IZOD IndyCar Series. The Brit quickly advanced to the next session. He used both sets of red Firestone Firehawk Alternate tires in the first and second sessions. Unfortunately he did not have a new set of red's to fight for the pole, but he was able to nab the third quickest time of 1:09.7939 seconds. Today marked his 13th Firestone Fast Six. He has only missed two (Edmonton 2009, Barber 2010) since joining the IZOD IndyCar Series in 2008.

For Conway, it was a different story. The 26-year old struggled to find the right set-up all weekend long. Today was a little more promising as he was able to get the car more comfortable and he clocked the 7th fastest time in this morning's practice. As qualifying rolled around, the Brit wasn't able to get a long enough run on the Firestone Firehawk tires to get a good read. With such a competitive field and the times being so close, Conway was unable to advance to the second session. He will start 14th for tomorrow's race.

Dreyer & Reinbold Racing will be on track tomorrow for the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach in Long Beach, California. The race telecast will air live on Sunday, April 18th at 3:30 pm (EDT) on VERSUS. The race will air live on the IMS Radio Network, XM channel 145, and Sirius channel 211. For more updates on the team, please visit www.dreyerreinboldracing.com.

What they have to say about the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach:

Justin Wilson, No. 22 Z-Line Designs: "I'm really happy with the Z-Line Designs car qualifying third in the Firestone Fast Six today. It is probably the best car I have ever driven in Long Beach including my pole in 2008. I don't think I could have found another four tenths around here, but I gave it my best shot. I'm really looking forward to the race as starting position is key here."

Mike Conway, No. 24 TranSystems: "We improved the TranSystems car from yesterday, but we are still not quite there. We will work on it during the warm-up to see if we can get it better again."
