Jack Hawksworth to sart 13th for Indianapolis 500
The 23-year-old British driver ran sixth quickest in the session and also eighth fastest lap for the month with a 230.958 mph.

Indianapolis, IN - Jack Hawksworth and his Integrity Energee Drink crew earned an impressive 13th place spot inside the fifth row on the starting grid for the 98th running of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race.
Under the new qualifying format, the 33 drivers were split into two groups, based on Saturday's qualifying results. Group one decided positions 10 through 33. Group two consisted of Saturday's top nine qualifiers, all competing for the pole.
On Saturday, Hawksworth earned a four-lap average of 229.732 miles per hour in the first attempt and 229.816 mph on the second, placing him 12th in the field and competing in group one during Sunday's final qualification.
The full field had one final practice on Sunday morning. The 23-year-old British driver ran sixth quickest in the session and also eighth fastest lap for the month with a 230.958 mph.
Because the qualifying line was inverted, Hawksworth was the third last driver to go out for his single-run attempt on Sunday afternoon, completing his four-lap run with an average of 230.506, putting him on the inside of the fifth row.
"It was a good run," said Hawksworth. "The Integrity Energee Drink car was really good on the first three laps and I had a little bit of a moment on the last one, but we managed to bring it home. Thirteenth on the grid, considering where we were at the beginning of the week, is a great job from the whole Bryan Herta Autosport crew and we'll take that.
"It's a little disappointing to not be farther up but the race is what counts so we'll get after it."
The end of qualifying weekend will signal the start of a fan-centered week for Hawksworth, including the 40th Annual Fastest Rookie of the Year Awards Luncheon and a media tour in Louisville. From there, it's back to Indianapolis for Community Day, Carb Day and Legends Day, all leading up to the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.
When the green flag drops for the 98th running of the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, May 25, the BHA/BBM with Curb-Agajanian team will aim to add another win to the history books. The 200-lap race on the legendary 2.5-mile oval will be broadcast live on ABC, with pre-race ceremonies beginning at 11 a.m. ET.
