"I'm a little bit happier with our progress today. We made a bunch of changes overnight, both suspension and a new engine and then went out this morning and ran a quicker speed than our qualifying. It would have been nicer to start a little farther up the grid, but none the less, we're a little down on our pace right now but we've just got to make the best of the situation. We started working on our race car the first time on track this weekend. So we have continued to work on our race car and just stay in race mode. I've started pretty far back at Texas in the past and been able to draft my way to the front of the pack so finding that couple of mile per hour last night will hopefully give us the speed to run with most of the cars on the track on Saturday night."
