Scott Sharp -- #8 Delphi/Dallara/Toyota/Firestone
"Texas is one of my favorite tracks and I especially love the race here--the drafting, the strategy, the lane choice, just everything. I hate to say it but I'm embarrassed about where we are running right now. We're starting way in the back. We're always wide open here and there was no problem today being wide open but that was all we had. We came out in the first session and worked on drafting with other cars because we knew we weren't going to qualifying well so I'm hoping come Saturday night that I'm able to run with the fast cars and stay in the race."
