Bryan Herta, #7 XM Satellite Radio Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We made a few minor setup changes on the XM Satellite Radio car today and it seems to have made a difference. I don't really understand this place (Texas Motor Speedway). You wouldn't think that the changes we made would make that much of a speed difference, but they seem to have really brought the car to life. I felt really comfortable in the car and we'll just have to wait and see what happens tomorrow."
Dario Franchitti, #27 ArcaEx Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We're getting there but we've still got some work to do on the ArcaEx car before we're ready to race. Hopefully we got an idea of what it's going to be like during the race because we finally got to run at night. Practicing during the day for a night race doesn't provide us very much information that's useful for race conditions."
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We're still looking for some speed from the Team 7-Eleven car. It's going to be a very tough race because the cars are so similar in speed. We're going to have to pass some cars tomorrow night and that's going to be tough. But, we've done it before and we'll try to do it again."
Dan Wheldon, #26 Klein Tools/Jim Beam Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"As everyone knows, this race is run in a lot of traffic and we wanted to make sure the Klein Tools/Jim Beam car was comfortable in traffic. I think there are some things that we need to perfect, but we're not done working on it, so we'll see what we've got. It's always difficult to predict a race at Texas, so we're just trying to prepare for a close finish."
