Samsonite 200 - Final Practice Session=20

Johnny Unser and the Jonathan Byrd/Cunningham team continued to work on setting the #10 Bryant Heating and Cooling car up for tomorrow's race, logging 30 laps in the afternoon session with a top speed of 162.675. Greg Ray had the fastest speed in the late practice, with a lap at 171.600. "We've been having problems during the week but we made the right decisions for qualifying," said Unser, "there's nothing major wrong with the car, we'll just tweak on it for tomorrow. It's great to be in Colorado since it's the original spot of the Unsers and this means a lot to me."

Jim Guthrie was diagnosed with a fracture of his thoracic spine, due to a crash in this morning's practice. He is in stable condition in a local hospital, and the doctors have ruled out any paralysis. The Blueprint team decided that it was not safe to bring another driver in at the last minute to fill Guthrie's spot, so they have withdrawn from the race.

We'll have a full race recap and final results tomorrow after the race.
