The final day of practice prior to chasing after the coveted Indianapolis 500 pole was canceled as rain plus cold temperatures entered into the picture. With no Fast Friday, the teams and drivers will have to one final chance to get the setup right on Pole Day.

Tomorrow morning's activities at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway gets underway at 9:00am (EDT) for a two-hour practice prior to qualifying attempts.

Sam Hornish Jr. has been the fastest racer on the track for the past three days leading many to believe that the Penske Racing IndyCar Series driver has an excellent shot to seal this year's Indy 500 pole tomorrow.

Chasing Hornish Jr will be his own teammate Helio Castroneves and the defending Indy 500 winner Dan Wheldon, now driving for Chip Ganassi Racing. Other drivers in the mix include all of the Andretti Green Racing racers and Wheldon's teammate Scott Dixon.

Tomorrow could prove to be an interesting day if the weather improves, including the temperatures.

Qualifying gets under way at noon.
