Scott Sharp "Qualifying was more entertaining then expected. Trying to go fast on a cold track in such cold weather is not easy. At one point a vibration in the car shook my helmet in a way that blurred my vision. I saw the green and knew I had to run in this condition or start in the back. So I ran with it and now I'm starting in the first row. I would have liked to earn the pole position, but we earned two points and I'm happy."
Mark Dismore "We didn't have a lot of time out there today. Earlier today, during practice, we came out with a full tank of fuel to see what the car could do. We got pretty fast by the end of the practice session. We made some changes and went out and qualified pretty well."
David Cripps - technical director "We're satisfied with today's results. We've earned a front row position in 3 of 3 events and thats made us feel pretty comfortable. This race should prove to be a very close one."
