Scott Sharp No. 8 Delphi/Dallara/Toyota/Firestone

"We're really trying to see what kind of speed we have. The Delphi car ran well and I'm pleased with what the guys have done. We worked on the backup car and applied all we learned to the racecar. We're wide open. The pit crew has been giving us really good stops and we're going to use that to our advantage."

Position: 22nd
Speed: 211.680mph
Time: 42.5170seconds
Laps: 19

Sarah Fisher. No. 39 Bryant/CAN/Dallara/Toyota/Firestone

"Our goal was to see how the car is and with a little less pressure today we had a little bit less down force. The car is pretty comfortable and I'm sure I can drive it for 500 miles. It's not as fast as we want but we're going to deal with what we've got. I think the day you're not nervous for the Indianapolis 500 is the day you should retire. The Indianapolis 500 is all about strategy and luck and even though they change things you still have to plan."

Position: 31st
Speed: 208.861mph
Time: 43.0909seconds
Laps: 19
