Scott Sharp - #8 Delphi Dallara /Honda/Firestone:

"We basically worked on race setup at the beginning of last week and were all ready to start going into qualifying mode when the rains came Wednesday night. Of course, I haven't been out since then so I was anxious to see how comfortable the car was. JD (John Dick, race engineer) and the guys did a great job. Right away, the car felt really comfortable and we ran some good times. I think we could take it even another step further but the rains came. At least we got the first step out of the way and I feel like we will get faster and faster."
