Danica Patrick, #7 Motorola Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We got the Motorola car comfortable today. The wind was definitely there, but you never know what conditions you're going to have to deal with during the race. If you can make it good for now and then work on it another day for more conditions, you just have that many more setups to go to. Overall, I think the car is pretty-well balanced. I'm really happy."
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We didn't learn a lot today. The conditions improved during the day but weren't very good early on. The wind was a major factor and you just have to be very careful when it's like that. Hopefully we'll get a lot of laps in the Team 7-Eleven car tomorrow."
Marco Andretti, #26 NYSE Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"I wanted to get a feel for the NYSE car in race trim today obviously. I know the conditions weren't ideal but I knew if we could get the car working in these conditions, it will only be better for when the track is ideal. We're not bad but we need to get a little bit better in traffic. We've got plenty of time."
Dario Franchitti, #27 Canadian Club Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"It was a tough day due to the high winds and the cold conditions in the early afternoon. We did some things with our development program. Hopefully we'll continue to make good progress with the Canadian Club car tomorrow."
Michael Andretti, #39 Motorola/Jim Beam Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"There really wasn't a whole lot to learn today with the cold temperature and wind. The only one that really ran many laps was Marco. So, hopefully there will be a little better conditions tomorrow so we can learn more for our race setup."
