Tom Anderson, Co-Owner/Managing Director:
"It was another fantastic day for the #5 Quaker State/Telmex/Tecate team. It was a continuation of building on yesterday's foundation as we slowly build speed towards Saturday. The fact that we have both cars going the same speed is a real tribute to everyone on the team and how well they are working together. Since the cars are extremely similar, it is basically having twice as many people doing and working towards one goal. You couldn't ask for more right now. It is very early in the week and obviously, here at Indy, there is a bit of cat and mouse going on so I'm sure there are some teams that haven't shown their hand yet. I am extremely pleased with the position the team is currently in and looking forward to tomorrow."
