TICKETS STILL REMAIN FOR BRAIN INJURY BENEFIT
Indianapolis, IN (April 20, 1998) - With only three weeks remaining until the cutoff date, tickets are still available for the Brain Injury Association of Indiana's fundraising dinner scheduled for Saturday, May 16 at Indianapolis Raceway Park. The host for the dinner will be Pep Boys Indy Racing League standout, and two-time Indianapolis 500 runner-up, Roberto Guerrero. Completing the evening's racing theme will be the "Coca-Cola 100" USAC Silver Crown Series race. Tickets for the dinner, which will also include admission to the Silver Crown race, are available for $100 by calling the BIAI at (317) 356-7722 by May 8.
Not only will Guerrero be hosting this special event, but he will also be competing for the pole position in qualifying for the 82nd Indianapolis 500 earlier the same day.
The Brain Injury Association of Indiana is a non-profit organization seeking to promote awareness, understanding and prevention of brain injury through through education, advocacy and community support services. This is the second year for the event called "On the Right Track: The Race to Prevent Brain Injury." Last year's inaugural dinner, hosted by Indy winner Parnelli Jones, raised over $30,000 for the BIAI.
