Tony Kanaan on the Peak Antifreeze Indy 300: "Chicagoland Speedway always produces an exciting race and I'm sure this year will be no different. Team 7-Eleven isn't in the championship hunt anymore, but that doesn't mean that we can't still go to victory lane in the final race of the season. Marco (Andretti) tested at Chicagoland last week and we'll be taking some of the data gained from that test to improve on what we already know about the track."

Eric Cowdin, Race Engineer, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone, on the Peak Antifreeze Indy 300: "Andretti Green Racing is finding its way back to the top recently with two wins in the last four races. We will focus on improving our performance on the 1.5-mile ovals which have been our weak spot this year. The overall goal of Team 7-Eleven has always been to win races but we are in a position to take our setups in new directions this weekend without the reservations that fighting for a championship bring. Racing at Chicagoland Speedway is always fast and close which takes a precise, focused and brave driver."
