Dario Franchitti, #27 Klein Tools/Jim Beam Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"It wasn't a bad test. It's always difficult when you come to a place to test when you're not going to race there because you're actually trying to learn things for other tracks. But, it wasn't a bad couple of days for the Klein Tools/Jim Beam team. I think I was a bit happier yesterday afternoon than today, but the conditions weren't quite as good today. I think we learned some things for Richmond and Milwaukee, and that is what it's all about."
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"It was just great to be back in the Team 7-Eleven car. Since we won't be racing here (at Phoenix), I don't think lap times mean a whole lot. We did learn a couple different things and we can adopt those things to some tracks later on in the year. Obviously, it's great to be on the top of the chart and we did that yesterday. Today we took more of a conservative approach and got a lot of work done."
Bryan Herta, #7 XM Satellite Radio Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"We definitely had a good couple of days in the XM car. It just makes it a little difficult to test some place where you're not racing. You just try to do more 'big picture' stuff and learn things for down the road. Any time the car is on the track you want to go fast."
Marco Andretti, #26 ArcaEx Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"I think things went about as expected for my first time on a short oval. It took a lot of adjusting. It's going to take some time for Eddie (Jones) to learn what I need in a race car. We were able to work a lot of with setups that we felt would be comfortable for this week and now we just need to keep working for what will be ideal for me in the ArcaEx car."
