Indy Stays Dry, Mario Logs 75 Laps

Mario on the day: "Today was a great day for us. The rain stayed away and we turned a lot of laps. We had the opportunity to really work with the car. Almost like a test in that we tried so many different combinations. Now that we have some knowledge about the car under our belts, we will develop our qualifying set-up tomorrow. It's tough to get the car stable, but I've got great engineers who are doing a very good job. I am really looking forward to another big day of running tomorrow. It should be sunny and warmer so I look forward to seeing how the characteristic of the car change in that weather. There are so many factors here, it is really quite challenging, but I am excited about our progress today."

Today's Travel Tip from Mario: "Chapultec Park is one of the biggest city parks in the world. It is so beautiful and a great place to take your family for a nice walk, or go on a row boat on the lake." A favorite for locals and tourists, Chapultec Park is at one end of Paseo de la Reforma. The park covers 1,800 acres (7.3 km") of land; centuries old forest, several small lakes, and landscaped areas with out-door cafes. Chapultepec Zoo is located here, as well as an amusement park, La Feria Chapultepec Magico, and the official residence of the President of Mexico, Los Pinos.
